To register for a trip with AdventureWomen, please do the following:

1. Call or email to find out if space is available on the trip of your choice.

2. Read our Refund and No Smoking policies.
   
   
3. Pull up the form from the link below then click your mouse in the "Name" field on the form.
   
   
4. Fill in the information, using the "Tab" key to go from field to field.
   
   
5. Print out your completed form and sign it. (This form cannot be emailed -- we need your signature.)
   
   
6. Mail or fax the form to us with your deposit check or credit card information.
   
   

We accept checks, VISA and MasterCard only. A limit of $1500 per trip can be charged to a credit card. The balance over $1500 must be paid by check (or send a check from your credit card company).

TRAVEL INSURANCE
For travel and trip cancellation insurance, we recommend Travel Insured International.

You can purchase a comprehensive protection plan, or a post-departure protection plan, in one of three ways.

3. Fill out the form in the Travel Insured brochure you receive in your trip registration packet. AdventureWomen and 42360 are printed on the back of the brochure.
