Overview

Join AdventureWomen and Super Age on a journey designed to challenge the body and recalibrate perspective. The Canadian Rockies don’t ask your age. They ask if you’re ready to feel small in the best way possible. For seven days, you’ll move through landscapes so vast they recalibrate your sense of what matters. Turquoise lakes mirror snow-capped peaks. Alpine trails wind through ancient forests. This journey isn’t about proving anything. It’s about being part of something larger than your daily concerns, your anxieties, your limiting beliefs about what your body can still do. This is where challenge meets care, and science, nature, and camaraderie come together to build confidence, capacity, and a lasting sense of belonging. Through expert-guided alpine hiking and intentional awe practices, this immersion helps you embody something vast: possibility and aliveness. You’ll return with a recalibrated sense of what you’re capable of for years to come.

Super Age

Super Age is a new media brand focused on whole-human longevity, guided by a simple question: how do you build a life that stays expansive, resilient, joyful, and deeply alive over time? On every Super Age AdventureWomen journey, a Super Age facilitator will guide a series of Awe Walks, a signature practice unique to our collaboration.

Grounded in decades of research revealing how experiences of wonder shape human health, resilience, and longevity, Awe Walks are guided experiences that invite you to intentionally notice vastness, beauty, and novelty in the natural world and are woven naturally into hikes, and moments of stillness. They are not separate from the adventure, they enrich it, helping the nervous system integrate challenge, beauty, and effort into something lasting.
