Welcome to Baja!

Your first full day of Baja fun begins with an early morning yoga class on the sky deck where ocean views surround you. Feel the thrill of conquering the waves a take surfing lessons with the pros on Playa Los Cerritos, one of the best surf breaks in Baja. Don’t worry if you’ve never tried surfing before! Our talented surfing instructors will help launch you into the calm waters of Playa Los Cerritos. Later, you’ll round out the day with a delicious dinner with your group.

Isla Espiritu Santo

Isla Espiritu Santo, an island in the Gulf of California reserved exclusively for AdventureWomen provides a home base for outdoor fun and a secluded experience on the beach. Surrounded by the cerulean Sea of Cortez, you and your new friends can hike the cliffs, kayak the protected blue waters, and master the stand-up paddleboard, then wind down at night counting the millions of vibrant stars that sparkle overhead.

Discover the power of sound to transform consciousness, heal the mind, and calm the body. Connect with your senses, clear energy blockages, balance your emotions through the healing power of sound and vibrations. Sound baths stimulate alpha waves in our brain, which recalibrate our cells and allow us to shift into a deep state of relaxation, coherence, and harmony.

After a morning yoga session, for some real undersea magic, try swimming and snorkeling with Baja’s inquisitive, friendly, and playful sea lions. You will likely have a “nose-to-nose” encounter with these fun fellows, so make sure to bring your underwater camera!

End your day with a powerful grounded meditation.

Another day on the island invites you to decide how you want to explore the sea just off the coast of Isla Espiritu Santo. Talk to your guides to take out a paddleboard, throw on some snorkeling gear, or jump into a kayak. There’s no wrong answer; this water has a way of never disappointing.

Your day will conclude with a Cacao ceremony, an ancient, heart-opening ritual that supports the body in healing and connecting with the joy and magic of cacao. Together you will enjoy the physical, energetic, and emotional benefits of this divine food and medicine.

Return to Todos Santos for a final Baja sunset and an exquisite final group dinner, where you and your new friends will dine on food that you prepare yourselves during a festive Mexican cooking class. Learn to make the perfect margarita and celebrate this amazing trip to Mexico’s soothing and warm beaches.
